Calling all vinyl nerds - Record Store Day is coming back on April 22nd! No doubt stores will be filled with avid music collectors that Saturday, so to help prepare before you make the trek out, you can check out the entire list of vinyl exclusives coming our way here!

There are quite a few records I want from this list, but since I'm trying to budget, (my dog Nix wants to travel) these are the top six*** I'll be setting out to snag on 4/22!

Foo Fighters - Songs from the Laundry Room *featuring demos of 'Big Me' and 'Alone + Easy Target', an unreleased song and a cover of 'Kids In America'.

David Bowie - BOWPROMO *To secure a record deal, Bowie's manager had 500 promo LPs pressed in the Summer of '71. This RSD release faithfully replicates the original promo, packed with seven Bowie tracks on one side.

Jimmy Page & The Black Crowes - Live at Jones Beach *17 years ago my favorite guitarist joined The Black Crowes to perform some of Led Zeppelin's greatest songs at the beautiful Jones Beach Theater, and this month a few of those live recordings are being released on vinyl exclusively for RSD!

Ra Ra Riot - Ra Ra Riot *The band is celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut EP by releasing it on vinyl for the very first time! Super pumped for this vinyl exclusive!

The Lumineers - Song Seeds *Includes three versions of both 'Angela' and 'Long Way From Home'. Each were recorded at a different point in the song's life; the seed (early demo version), the album cut and a live recording. Solid collectible for the hardcore Lumineers fan!

The Offspring - The Offspring *Reissue of the band's 1989 debut album pressed on blue transparent vinyl \m/

**A few other rad vinyl exclusives we're getting:

  • Space Jam soundtrack (I KNOW!)
  • Blitzen Trapper Unreleased Recordings
  • Tegan and Sara's Sara and Tegan (first time this will be released on vinyl)
  • Two Door Cinema Club
  • The Shelters
  • Patti Smith's debut single, "Hey Joe"
