Coldplay's first U.S. Show was 16 years ago, today (Feb. 9)

February 9, 2017

Coldplay sells out stadiums across the United States these days, but on a Friday night at The Showbox in Seattle, the London band was just getting started.

The band shared a photo to from their first ever show in the U.S during their Parachutes tour.

16 years is a long time, and since then, Coldplay has sold out The Paramound in 2002, Key Arena in 2006 and 2012, and the f***ing Gorge in 2009.

Next, Coldplay is coming back to play CenturyLink Field this September on their A Head Full Of Dreams Tour, which will be their biggest yet in the PNW.

But it all started on a cold Friday night in February 16 years ago. Were you at the show? Show us your pics!
