No, you can't get on the field. You can't even drive up to VMAC where the team plays, but if you get on the list, you can get into 11 of the Seattle Seahawks practices this season.

As the team prepares this preseason, they are opening the door 11 times between July 30 and August 16 for fans to come see Russell Wilson and the Legion of Boom put in the work before the work.

To get in you must pre-register on the team's website, which begins Tuesday, June 27 for Season Ticket holders and Wednesday, June 28 for everyone else on a first come, first-served basis.

While it's free to attend, you are required to pay a $9 fee to get shuttled into VMAC, unless you're hitching a ride with Jimmy Graham.
