Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats - A Little Something More From

These country/blues/rock S.O.Bs dropped A Little Something More From, a neeight-songng EP featuring B-sides off their debut album, which they released on Friday. If you didn't like S.O.B., that's ok, but do listen to this album if you like the genre even a little bit. It'll make a new fan out of you.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - "Wednesday Morning"

While everyone jokes about a Trump presidency being a great stimulus for punk rock, Macklemore took to the autotune for his new election response song in "Wednesday Morning," a candid song about his daughter.

Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness - "Brooklyn, You're Killing Me"

Last week, Andrew McMahon announced a new album and tour, and today we get to hear the first track off of Zombies on Broadway. "Brooklyn, You're Killing Me" has McMahon rapping most of his verses and singing the chorus, similar to new Beck (at least in my mind). He'll be in Seattle on May 10 of next year, where he'll play the Neptune.

Dude York - "Black Jack"

This year has a ton of good new local music and it keeps getting better. We had a new EP from My Goodness, new albums from Lonely Mountain Lovers, Joseph and Kris Orlowski, and while Dude York won't have a new album until early next year (Feb. 24), we at least got a taste with their new track "Black Jack." It's dope, and it might be my favorite of the year.

Childish Gambino - "Redbone"

Yeah, more Gambino this week. "Redbone" is the latest track off the upcoming third album called Awaken, My Love! . Side note - If you want more or less hip-hop on the New Music Roundup, just let me know! Shoot me a tweet at @BrandenMG and I'll take it into consideration!
