Are your personal fireworks legal in your hood?

Family Fourth Fireworks

Despite being illegal in tons of neighborhoods throughout the greater Seattle area, fireworks still go popping off in the alley behind your apartment. Boy, do they make my dog Chowder super mad. I wanna karate two-knuckle punch the crap out of you for upsetting her, but still, I get it. Fireworks are awesome. Just as long as I don't have to use them.

Scroll down for the full list of neighborhoods and find out if you're legal

Huge Fireworks

Like guns, fireworks in the hands of idiots (me) involve potential for ending someone's night with mangled bloody bits and that makes me uncomfortable. "YOU JUST NEED TO LEARN HOW..." I know, I know. You don't like the government, I don't like explodey things. It's fine.  That's not what this is about.

This is about not setting your neighbor's tool shed on fire because 14 lite beers ago, you got your box of whistlin' bungholes, spleen splitters, and whisker biscuits out of the trunk. Sounders score a goal - fireworks. Awesome. Seahawks put three on the board in the 4th and your neighbor stumbles outside to launch a bottle rocket from his buddy's butt crack - that slowly wavering cigarette hand trying to find the wick - troubling!

Seriously, having a dog changed all of this for me. I have participated in some of the above. My friend Turbo shooting a roman candle from atop his head, the shot landing on dry brush and setting the neighbor's shed on fire was a bad day. Now, I stay home on the 4th and cuddle the very upset doggo for two nights.

So you agree that I'm the idiot and you're gonna set off some bangers on the street in front of your house. Awesome! Check to make sure the cops aren't coming to your place with this list of hoods that Q13 Fox put together last year:
