He mashes up the 3 big Nirvana albums with a few shiny gems tossed in.

Any three-piece band requires an excellent rhythm section to be worth a damn - you don't have tons of instruments to hide behind. Throughout their history, Nirvana certainly combined the simple, subtle wandering bass of Krist Novoselic with big, thundering drums of a variety of different skin ticklers. We mostly associate Dave Grohl with the magic of this band because he's continuously gone on to play big, badass drums, but Crover, Channing, and Burckhard and more helped shape the sound.

Now this drum mashup master, Kye Smith, weaves together the three* major Nirvana albums into a five-minute masterclass.

How do they find the drumless songs?
Is that a filter in Adobe Audition?
Can he play the whole song or just the 5 seconds from each?

He's done some other great drumming mashups like Green Day, Blink-182, and of course, the Foo Fighters.

*I don't care, I think that Incesticide is incredible and shouldn't be overlooked. BUT, hey, he only has five minutes!
