It's OK to not feel OK.

On World Suicide Prevention Day, radio stations across the country brought together medical professionals and musicians from all genres to help end the stigma that it's not ok to talk about suicidal thoughts or mental illness in a broadcast called I'm Listening.

Metallica, Halsey, Logic, Krist Novoselic (Nirvana), Jack Antonoff, Gary Allan, Sarah Barthel (Phantogram), and many more joined hosts BJ Shea, Dr. Ursula Whiteside for two hours to talk about ways suicide and mental illness has affected each of their lives individually, and how listeners who might know someone in crises, or who are in crisis themselves, can help.
