There has been a ton of great music out in the last couple of weeks from some of our favorite Locals Only artists as well as from some new faces we all need to get familiar with right away.

Smokey Brights – Different Windows

About two weeks ago Kim and Ryan from Seattle band (and maybe the best band in Seattle IMHO) came by the radio show to premier their new song “Different Windows”. Well now it is officially out in the universe for everyone to enjoy and there is a music video to accompany it.

Wild Powwers – Buff Stuff

Seattle band Wild Powwers are ramping up for a new album and they just released the new single “Buff Stuff”. Wild Powwers sound as big as any band around on this new one and I am very excited to hear their new album Skin due out October 12th on Nadine Records.

When I got the email that Seattle electronic duo NAVVI were releasing new music I actually gasped. Their new track “Us” is the first single from what will be their second album Ultra due out September 28th from Hush Hush Records.

Black Belt Eagle Scout – Soft Stud

This track has been out for a few weeks now but I just found it and can’t stop listening to it. Black Belt Eagle Scout is from the Swinomish Tribal Community here in Washington and now resides in Portland. The new album Mother Of My Children from Black Belt Eagle Scout will be released on September 14th.
