We need to talk about this amazing new music video from Sol for his song "If You Don't Call."

Yesterday, Seattle rapper Sol released probably the coolest music video we are going to see out of the PNW this year. I know it's not a competition, but if it were then he just won by a mile. If this was a basketball game, then this music video is that filthy James Harden cross-over from the other night. That's how great this thing is.

Yes, the song is great, but this music video is 90s nostalgia perfection. Synchronized boy band dance moves, TVs with built-in VCRs, a pager, a corded landline phone, the cover of the CD held up by the talk show host, and I'm pretty sure that an old-school paper Rolodex makes an appearance in there. Our younger audience might have to ask their folks what that last one is.

This video is one bowl cut away from being #1 on TRL.

Go buy all of the Sol music you can find.
