Event Description:

Colorworks is neo-psychadelic pop from Seattle. A classic 60’s boy band in the 21st century. They are currently playing gigs around the Pacific Northwest and revving up to record their first EP. Born from a kid-punk band in the early 2000’s, Bret Dylan and Nick Myette started played music together as tweens. Andrew Ginn comes from Pike Place folk artists Morrison Boomer and Andy Duncan (formerly of The Reactors) moved to Seattle from Kalamazoo to pursue music. Together they are Colorworks: the color, shape, and sound of living.
Detective Agency started in the late 70's as a government funded project to assimilate the enemies of the US via music modules transmitted via human cyborg development programs. As the only remaining human cyborg music transmitters left after their kind was wiped out when the project failed to coalesce, the four members of Detective Agency were forced to go underground taking on the guise of private detectives to conceal themselves from possible harm in the form of government agents seeking to destroy the last possible remnants of the failed ASS (Assimilate Sources Sonically) project.
